New Arrival: Alex Gerard Angaaya Koonooka

Marina Koonooka and Herbert Apassingok, of Gambell, announce the birth of their son Alex Gerard Angaaya Koonooka, born November 25, 2017 at 4:47 p.m. at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage.  He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 21” in length.  Sibling is big sister Lena Rose Koonooka.
